Obituary of Phillip Onofre Otero Sr.

Phillip Onofre Otero Sr. of Carnuel, New Mexico passed away on December 18, 2022. He was born on March 9, 1957. 

He was born to Onofre and Flavia Otero. Phillip is survived by his fiancé Melanie Crespin, his children Phillip Otero Jr. and his wife Lynn, Adam Otero and his wife Mona, four grandchildren, two sisters Sandra Otero Garcia and Eileen Martinez and numerous family and friends. 

Phillip is proceeded in death by parents Onofre and Flavia Otero, his brother Bobby Otero and sister Roseann Chavez. 

He worked in Construction, was handy with cars and framing. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, liked Harley Davidson motorcycles and muscle cars. His favorite thing to do was hanging out with family and friends. 

He was the kind of guy who would give anyone a ride if saw them walking and always willing to lend a helping hand. 

The recitation of the Holy Rosary will be recited on January 26, 2023 at Holy Child Parish in Carnuel New Mexico at 9:30am. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00am at Holy child Parish by Father Mark Granito. Burial will follow at Canon Del Carnuel  Cemetry in Carnuel, New Mexico.
