Obituary of Josephine M Lopez

JOSEPHINE M (CORDOVA) LOPEZ Passed away peacefully at home on June 28,2022 at the

age of 92

Josephine was born in Santa Fe on May 20, 1930, to Parents Onesimo and Amanda Cordova

who are embracing her in heaven.

Josephine is preceded in death by her Brothers Bernie (Dolores), Fidel (Tessie), Modesto (Dora),

Joe, Seferino and Gilbert Cordova. Sister Edna Ortiz. Sister in Laws Rosenda Cordova, Betty

Arquello. And Brother-in-Law John Mclntyre. Children David, Michael, Diane Montoya and

Debbie Lujan And by her Grand Children Gilbert Houston, LaToya, and Shantel Rodriquez and

Son in law Tano Rodriquez

She is survived by her Brothers Ramon and Onesimo Jr Cordova and Sister Gloria Mcintyre

Sister-in-law Marcella Montoya and by her children Gloria Montoya, Ralph (Donna)Houston,

Joann, Arthur (Jeanna)Houston, Bernadetta Houston, Tanya Houston, Rebecca Rodriquez,

Bruce (Sandra) Houston, Donna Magallanes, Marykay Castillo, Donald (Yvette) Houston and

Dorothy (Manuel) Garcia and son in laws Charles Castillo and Frank Lujan. Special Nieces

Amanda and Casandra Cordova that were always there to help. Also, by her 48 grandchildren

77 great grandchildren 14 great-great grandchildren and great-great-great granddaughter on

the way. Also, by many nephews and nieces.

Josephine was well loved by all that knew her, and she will be missed.

A rosary will take place at Riverside Funeral Home of Santa Fe at 4:00pm on July 11th, 2022. A funeral mass will follow on July 12th at 9:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
